Shipping, Returns and Refunds

WIKS has a flat rate for shipping of $15 including GST . This flat rate is for delivery anywhere in Australia.

All electronic products such as policies, procedures and forms are delivered by email once payment is received.  The file formats used are .pdf, .doc and .pps depending on the product. 

Returns 

Should your purchase be damaged please email mail@wiks.com.au immediately and we will ship a replacement to you free of charge.

Refunds

Any item may be returned within 15 days of purchase for a refund, minus a 15% shipping and restocking fee.

Warranty

The warranty included with each product is included in the product description as they vary between products.
